In May 2016, Jeff Brown was an invited speaker at the Kansas Health Care Stabilization Fund Defense Counsel Seminar. The presentation entitled “Mediation Submissions – Tips and What Mediators Wished You Knew” explored the preparation of effective and persuasive submissions for mediations, as well as what information mediators really want to be included in such submissions.
