Sofia Dominguez

Sofia Dominguez joined Logan Logan & Watson as an Associate in 2025, focusing her practice on medical malpractice defense. Having worked with the firm as both a 1L and 2L summer clerk, Sofia developed a strong appreciation for the complexities of defending health care providers. She brings a thoughtful and detail-driven approach to each case, and is committed to helping clients navigate challenges with clarity and confidence.

Sofia earned her J.D. from the University of Missouri – Kansas City School of Law, where she served on the UMKC Law Review as both a Staffer and later as Submissions and Symposia Editor. Prior to attending law school, she earned her B.S. in International Business, with honors, from the University of Arkansas’ Sam M. Walton College of Business, and studied abroad in Alicante, Spain. While in college, Sofia interned at the Washington County Public Defenders’ Office and also worked as a legal assistant at a criminal defense firm in Fayetteville, Arkansas.

Raised in Lawrence, Kansas, Sofia now resides in Kansas City and enjoys exploring the city’s neighborhoods and restaurants, and is an avid supporter of the Kansas City Chiefs.
