Brad joined Logan & Logan, L.C. in 1989 after having spent five years as an Assistant District Attorney for Johnson County, Kansas. Brad has provided counsel to both plaintiffs and defendants in a wide variety of venues in Missouri and Kansas. While the majority of his practice is devoted to the defense of health care providers in professional malpractice actions, Brad has also represented small businesses and injured individuals in an assortment of matters. Brad also currently serves as a Municipal Judge for the city of Prairie Village, Kansas. Having tried approximately 80 jury trials, Brad's representation of his clients, whether an individual or corporation, is geared for success.
