Biographical Information

Jeff has been with Logan Logan & Watson, L.C. since 1995, working as a clerk for the firm while still in law school. He has since developed a practice that is focused primarily in the areas of defense of health care providers in medical malpractice actions and the defense of long-term care facilities in nursing home negligence actions. Jeff also has experience in other areas of litigation that have been as far ranging as matters involving allegations of misconduct against a mental health therapist to the alleged negligence of a ringside physician in an amateur boxing competition.

Jeff has successfully tried cases to juries in both Kansas and Missouri. Additionally, Jeff successfully prosecuted and tried numerous matters while an Assistant City Attorney for the City of Prairie Village, Kansas from 1996 through 2001.

A former native of Newton, Kansas, Jeff now lives in Olathe, Kansas with his wife and two sons.
